FREIGHT TERMS: Prices are F.O.B. Origin/Milford, NH unless otherwise notified.
Shipping charges are prepaid and itemized on our invoices and will not be
subject to discount.
NEW ACCOUNTS: First-time orders, please include credit information to
expedite shipment. Prepayment or Credit Card speeds orders through our credit department. No
C.O.D.
MINIMUM ORDER: $25.00 order value. Min. qty. of units may apply.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations by the customer cannot be accepted except on
terms which fully indemnify Plasti·clip Corporation
for any losses resulting from the cancellation of the order.
SPECIAL SERVICES: Drop shipments are available. If special labels or shipping
memos are required, there may be an additional charge.
CLAIMS: No claims (for errors, shortages or otherwise) will be allowed if not
made within fifteen (15) days after receipt of material(s).
RETURNS: No goods returnable without written approval and prepaid
transportation. Special items or items involving special processing not shown in
our catalog cannot be returned. A minimum service charge of 10% will be made on
all returned goods. No goods are returnable later than thirty (30) days after
receipt of merchandise.
RETURNED CHECKS: $25.00 fee for returned checks.
PAYMENT TERMS: Net ten (10) days after shipment to qualified accounts.
Finance charge of one and one-half (1-1/2%) percent per month (Annual Percentage
Rate 18%) is applied to all amounts thirty (30) days past due.
DISCLAIMER: Plasti·clip Corporation makes and
customer receives no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the sale and
delivery of the goods, merchandise and/or material described herein, and Plasti·clip
Corporation makes no warranties as to the merchantability or fitness for the
particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Plasti-clip Corporation be
responsible for consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages.
